What does the coaching journey entail?

  • The coaching journey is unique to each person. In general, you can expect your coach to ask probing questions, reflect back to you your strengths and growth areas, and provide guidance as you navigate your inner terrain and deepen your relationship with the Living World. You and your coach will work together to clarify your goals, track your journey, and review your progress as you shed patterns that are holding you back and step more fully into life.

How often are sessions?

  • You and your coach will determine the right frequency for sessions. In general, sessions occur weekly or every other week.

How many sessions are required?

  • There is no designated endpoint to coach, nor is there any required length of commitment. However, we have found that a commitment of at least 3-6 months is necessary to experience real change.

How long are coaching sessions?

  • Sessions are generally 60 to 90 minutes long, but that may change depending on your emerging needs.

Where do we meet?

  • Sessions are conducted over Zoom, although in-person sessions are possible for folks in the New River and Roanoke Valleys of Southwest Virginia.

Is Cosmological Coaching the same thing as life coaching?

  • Life coaching is geared towards improving personal and professional performance, in the same way that a sports coach is focused on improving the performance of athletes. Coaches generally guide their clients through a well-established coaching formula to achieve performance-related goals.

  • In contrast, Cosmological Coaching provides guidance on the journey of psychospiritual development and deep Earth connection. This work is supports you to find your authentic place of belonging in the Earth community and to discover and inhabit a personal cosmology that is resonant and life-giving.

  • Cosmological Coaching may use some of the same practices and processes that are used in life coaching, but the context is fundamentally different (the cosmos as opposed to the ego). Additional practices including deep nature connection, mirroring, soulcentric dreamwork, and soul tracking may also be incorporated.

Is coaching covered by insurance?

  • No, coaching is not covered by insurance. You are required to cover the full cost of coaching, but no one is turned away due to a lack of funds.

How much does Cosmological Coaching cost?

  • Cosmological Coaching is offered on a sliding-scale basis to ensure that it is available to anyone who wants it. You and your coach will decide on a rate that feels good to both parties. 

  • If you do not show up for a session or if you do not give at least 24 hours notice of your inability to attend a scheduled session, you are still responsible for the cost of that session.
